Chapter 12

Guilds and Orders

The party still reeling from all the things they heard a strange mists turns up and turns Berrit into his twin brother Damien. Upon hearing the story Damien confesses he had had the Scroll of Law all the time. The party and the enemy, were unable to detect the scroll because it was fused with Berrit and Damien as they came together. Yet it is no longer in his possession the party concludes that all the scrolls have returned to their original places. 


With some investigation the party also discovers that a new order of the Silverstars has arisen. With some teleportation Ivril and Aneirin go to them to inform them of everything the party has discovered. Yet the Silverstars have changed drastically since their fall. It is now a paladin order and Ivril and Aneirin are dismissed with some arrogance. The Silverstars are now primarily focused on stopping the Deadring from expanding more into human lands.


Aneirin decides to head towards his old order, the Lionairs of Gindar. As he arrives in his old fortress he is quickly imprisoned for being an imposter. Although with the use of magic his name is cleared the Order decides to force him to resign. He returns his beloved shield to the Order and leaves head down in shame.
