Regional Feats

Duran Human (Regional)
You are born and raised in the node field of Durath. Prerequisite: Human 
Benefit: While in a node field you always act as if under effect of an air walk spell. Outside of the node field you can use air walk once a day as a spell like ability. 
Special: Generations long your family has lived in the node fields of Durath. You became accustomed to the effects of the node field. You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character  

Duran Traveller
You are born and raised in the node field of Durath. 
Prerequisite: Human, level 5, Duran Human
Benefit: You are under continuous effect of an air walk spell, also outside of the node fields. This is a supernatural ability. 
Special: Generations long your family has lived in the node fields of Durath. You became accustomed to the effects of the node field.   

Float Born (Regional)
You are born in the floating cities between the clouds. 
Prerequisite: Int 12, born and raised on a float
Benefit: You can use dimension door 1/day as a spell like ability with maximum range 30 Feet.
Special: You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character.   

Draconic Ancestry (Regional)
Your family is descendant to a dragon, you have dragonblood flowing in your veins. 
Prerequisite: Human 
Benefit: You gain low-light vision 60 Feet, a +2 on all will save rolls and you are immune to magical sleep.
Special: You are descendant of the mighty dragons that lived in the lands of current Kaladon. You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character  

Krakkenar Rage (Regional)
Due to your live in the shinning south your rage has changed.
Prerequisite: Rage 
Benefit: While in Rage the Krakkenar gains (+4 Strength, +2 Dodge Bonus to AC) instead of the usual bonuses and penalties.
Special: You need to be born on the Broken Islands and be a descendant of the Krakkenar living there in order to be able to select this feat. You may select this feat only as a 1st-level character 

Krakkenar Warrior 
You have mastered the fighting style of the Krakkenars 
Prerequisite: Rage, Krakkenar Rage, Base Attack Bonus 4 
Benefit: You are able to use all skills and use all feats during your rage. At the end of your rage you are not fatigued anymore. 
Special: You need to be born on the Broken Islands and be a descendant of the Krakkenar living there in order to be able to select this feat.  

Krakkenar Combat Master 
You have mastered the fighting style of the Krakkenars
Prerequisite: Rage, Sneak Attack, Krakkenar Rage, Krakkenar Warrior 
Benefit: Your Rogue and Barbarian levels stack for the purpose of determining how often you can use your rage ability. When in Rage, once a round, as a standard action you make an attack against an opponent and consider him flat footed.
Special: You need to be born on the Broken Islands and be a descendant of the Krakkenar living there in order to be able to select this feat.  

Float Experienced
Used to living between the skies in the floating cities between the clouds.
Prerequisite: Float Born, Int 14 
Benefit: Now you can use the dimension door ability granted by Float Born Feat 3/day as a spell like ability with a range up to 60 Feet.

Float Spell Caster
The Wizards living and moving between the floating platforms. 
Prerequisite: Able to cast level 4 spells. Able to cast the dimension door.
Benefit: You can spontaneously cast the dimension door spell. As a standard action you can sacrifice a spell to use dimension door equal to 10 Feet x the spell level sacralised.  

Fancing Fighter
Practiced in fighting using with a sword in one hand and nothing in the other.
Prerequisite: Dexterity 15, Weapon Focus one-handed sword, light armor or no armor, Base Attack Bonus + 4
Benefit: When fighting with a one-handed sword in one hand and nothing in the other you receive a +2 bonus on to hit rolls.

Experienced Fancer
Experienced in fighting using with a sword in one hand and nothing in the other.
Prerequisite: Dexterity 17, Base Attack Bonus +6, Weapon Focus one-handed sword, light armour or no armour, Fancing Fighter 
Benefit: When fighting with a one-handed sword in one hand and nothing in the other you receive a +2 dodge bonus to AC. 

Improved Dodge 
Prerequisite: Dexterity 15, Dodge 
Benefit: Additional +1 Dodge bonus to AC (for a total of +2) against all opponents.   

Novice Summonner 
Able to bypass the planar limitations of Tilea and summon extraplannar creatures into the world. 
Prerequisite: Intelligence 15, Spellcaster level 5 
Benefit: You are able to summon extraplannar creatures to Tilea, however doing so requires a spellcraft check of Dc 20 or the spell fails.  

Master Summonner 
Able to bypass the planar limitations of Tilea and summon extraplannar creatures into the world. 
Prerequisite: Intelligence 17, Spellcaster 9th level, Novice Summoner 
Benefit: You are able to summon extraplannar creatures to Tilea, doing so does not requires a spellcraft check.  

Agent of Cyclynet 
Cyclynet most dedicated worshippers specialize in combining the divine with cunning.
Prerequisite: Cleric of Cyclynet, Rogue 3rd level, Ability to cast 3rd level spells Benefit: All illusion and enchantment spells you cast receive +1 save DC’s. Also rogue levels and cleric levels stack for the determination of the caster level.  

Expert Potion Brewer
You are an expert potion brewer 
Prerequisite: Brew Potion, Caster level 7th Benefit: As brew potion except that you can now create a potion of any 5th level or lower spell.

Master Potion BrewerYou are a master potion brewer 
Prerequisite: Brew Potion, Expert Potion Brewer, Caster level 11th 
Benefit: As brew potion except that you can now create a potion of any 7th level or lower spell.
